What is MSNotebook.com  (Medical School Notebook)?

MSNotebook.com is a project started by (Saif), a medical student at Baylor College of Medicine to organize medical school notes and have them available for free to the public online.  The notes have been supplemented over the years and organized to make them easy to read and understand by individuals that are not necessarily in the medical professions.

Sources of Information:

All the notes are notes that I wrote myself or received from friends.  Notes are based on lectures, readings from textbooks, medical journals, and online sources (such as wikipedia or open-source content from online sources such as the NIH).  References will gradually be added to all notes if they have not been added currently.  Care has been taken to avoid publishing any notes that were copied or plagiarised from copyrighted sources.
