Pulmonary hypertension refers to the abnormal elevation fo pulmonary artery pressure. 

There are 2 types of Pulmonary HTN:
1) Primary Pulmonary HTN (idiopathic)
2) Secondary pulmonary HTN (associated with an underlying disease/process)
